Recruitment

Are you looking for test subjects for your face-to-face survey, focus group or in-depth interview? The panel of your online provider is exhausted and you still need interviews? We can recruit specific target groups for you on request. Recruiting with us is ideal with our cloud-based phone studio. The screener interview will be emailed to you in PDF format immediately after the telephone screening. This means that you can always have an overview of the quotas for which you still need to recruit test subjects.

For your online survey, an invitation e-mail including a survey link is automatically sent to the respondent following our successful telephone screening. Our system automatically sends e-mail reminders on request. If the reminders do not lead to the desired result, the contact is put on the reminder list of an interviewer.

Programming

We program our questionnaires in plain2form with the survey software keyingress by the Hamburg-based company Ingress. Should you ever have capacity issues with your questionnaire programming, we will be happy to assist you with the creation of your questionnaire script. Even if you do not use survey software yourself, we are happy to take over the complete IT support of your project, from programming and hosting to data delivery.

Data analysis

After the fieldwork, the data is evaluated and analysed. We use GESStabs from GESS GmbH in Hamburg for the tabulation. We work in close cooperation with our partner RIECKE SERVICE – Lösungen für die Marktforschung.
