Transpera specialises in international B2B telephone surveys. We work for market research institutes, agencies and companies, with 175 native-speaker interviewers in over 30 countries.

Specialised in what we do best

Transpera – Institut für Markt- und Meinungsforschung GmbH is a Hamburg-based CATI field service provider. Our focus is on international telephone surveys in the B2B sector, particularly in the automotive and agricultural industries, but also in other sectors such as energy, healthcare and retail.

What sets us apart: we are a lean, specialised company with no full-service ambitions. We collect data, reliably, transparently and methodically. Our clients are primarily market research institutes and agencies looking for an experienced field service provider for international CATI projects.

With our cloud-based telephone studio CATI on Demand we coordinate interviewers in over 30 countries centrally from Hamburg, under uniform quality standards and with full transparency for the client.

How Transpera came to be

2015

Origin

Concept and build of the cloud-based telephone studio CATI on Demand under RIECKE – Lösungen für die Marktforschung. First international B2B telephone projects.

2017

Spin-off as an independent GmbH

The telephone studio is spun off into an independent limited company: RIECKE CATI GmbH.

2018

IVR survey system

Build of an IVR survey system for automated data collection via interactive voice response.

2019

Renaming to Transpera

RIECKE CATI becomes Transpera – Institut für Markt- und Meinungsforschung GmbH. The new name stands for transparency as a core quality principle.

Continued development

Strategic expansion of the service portfolio and a redesigned company presence, including the new website.
